The 90-day warranty, in short
Should the failure we repaired return within 90 days, a certified Subzero technician comes back, finds the cause and corrects a covered fault free of charge. The fitted genuine Sub-Zero part and our workmanship are both included. See the repair guarantee for the wider commitments.
What the Sub Zero warranty covers
- Parts: every genuine Subzero part we fitted, whether a compressor, heater, thermistor, board, valve, gasket or seal
- Labor: any flaw in our workmanship, shown by the same temperature, leak, noise, frost or code returning
Exclusions from the Sub-Zero warranty
- Components we left untouched, and sealed system failures that have nothing to do with our repair
- Surges, misuse, or damage that happens after we leave
- Visits that ended at diagnosis with no repair made
How to use the warranty
Call with the repair date, the Sub Zero model and serial number, and a description of the symptom. We book a return visit, same day when possible, and the Subzero technician checks that the fault falls under the warranty. Genuine parts can carry a manufacturer warranty of their own, and routine condenser coil cleaning helps a repair last in a panel-ready or integrated kitchen.

Subzero repair warranty FAQ
How long does the repair warranty last?
It lasts 90 days, counted from the day of service. The genuine Sub-Zero part we fitted is covered, as is the workmanship of the repair, across refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and wine storage.
The same fault is back. What do I do?
Phone with the Sub Zero repair date, model and serial number. A certified Subzero technician returns, normally within the day, and fixes a covered failure free of charge.
Does it cover a different fault?
No. It covers the part and labor of the Sub-Zero repair we made. A different component that fails later gets its own diagnosis and a written estimate.
